Niacinamide: The Quiet Multitasker

Why this unglamorous vitamin shows up in so many routines — and what it can realistically do.

Niacinamide (vitamin B3) supports the skin barrier, helps regulate visible oil, and gradually evens tone. It rarely irritates, plays well with other ingredients, and works for nearly every skin type.

Realistic expectations

Expect subtle improvements over 8–12 weeks, not overnight transformation. Consistency beats concentration — 4–10% is the well-studied range.
